• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Username
• Password
• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Using either a mobile or landline phone, call (855) 661-0018
2. Using a straightforward, polite tone, ask the representative to cancel your account
3. When requested, give your account specific information to the representative
4. Ask the representative for a confirmation number or email
5. In order to make sure you don’t have any issues in the future, keep your confirmation number or email as proof

Follow these steps:

1. On the internet goto https://help.ipsy.com/hc/en-us
2. Tap or click on Get Instant Answers
3. Type contact agent
4. Using the fields provided, enter the information as it’s requested
5. Tap or click on Glam Bag
6. Pick Billing under topic of your issue dropdown menu
7. Type Please cancel subscription
8. Tap or click on send
9. Tap or click on link in confirmation e-mail you receive to confirm cancellation

3. Pick My account
4. Tap or click on Subscription & Purchases
5. Tap or click on Cancel subscription and follow the prompts
6. Tap or click on link in confirmation e-mail you receive to confirm cancellation

2. Type up an email and be sure to use spell and grammar checking requesting cancellation, for a confirmation number and final billing details
