1. On the internet goto https://www.walmart.com/help
2. Tap or click on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner
3. Tap or click on the text box and type “agent”
4. When requested, give your account specific information to the representative
5. Pick “Start Chat”
6. When requested, give your account specific information to the representative

8. Ask the representative for a confirmation number or email
